Danyelle Tovey | Director

Q1: If you could choose a forever age, what age would you choose and why?

A: 19 My first year at University, met friends for life and my now husband. Parties, friendships, adventures, fun oh and some learning!!

Q2: If you were a super hero, what would be your super power and what would be your super hero name?

A: Wonder Women she is Diana Princess and a goddess in her homeland. I actually own the outfit so ready to go!

Q3. We like cake at Purple Placements, If you were a type of cake, what cake would you be and why?

A: A nutty Profiterole, nutty on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside.

Q4. What’s your favourite happy hour drink?

A: Mojito first tried these in club Tropicana in Havana and haven’t looked back

Q5: What’s the weirdest/worst job?

A: I sold sofas over the telephone and actually sold one to Sandy Toksvig but when it was delivered it didn’t fit through her door. The delivery guys had to take a window out – she was not happy.

Q6: Who inspires you?

A: My three beautiful children inspire me to do my best.

Q7: Obviously, we love purple, what’s your favourite purple thing?

 A: My Purple Placements business card, my brother designed the logo and Jodie and I spent hours agonising over the colour – Yes who knew there were millions of different shades of Purple. Really Proud of our Purple.

Q1: If you could choose a forever age, what age would you choose and why?

A: 31 because anything earlier than that wouldn’t include my 2 children

Q2: If you were a super hero, what would be your super power and what would be your super hero name?

A: PurplePower! My Power would be to find the perfect candidate within seconds!

Q3: We like cake at Purple Placements, If you were a type of cake, what cake would you be and why?

A: OH NO don’t mention cake I’m on a Diet!

Q4: What’s your favourite happy hour drink?

A: A Classic G&T with a good quality Gin

Q5: What’s the weirdest/worst job?

A: I once had a job on a golf course sitting on a high tower all day changing the score board. Amazing really because I hate heights.

Q6: Who inspires you?

A: My Family, My Business Partner Danni and my Team!

A: Purple Placements of course I’m so proud of our brand and amazing team!

Joanne Lewis | Consultant

Q1: If you could choose a forever age, what age would you choose and why?

A: I would choose to be 30.  Old enough to have a good job, some money in the bank and young enough to still look half decent.

Q2: If you were a super hero, what would be your super power and what would be your super hero name?

A: I would be ‘Lady Super Clone’.  My super power would be to clone myself as many times as I like to do all the things I love and hate in one day, achieving everything I need to do all at once.

Q3: We like cake at Purple Placements, If you were a type of cake, what cake would you be and why?

A: I would be a Carrot Cake.  An ideal way to get one of my 5 a day!

Q4: What’s your favourite happy hour drink?

A: Anyone who knows me knows that I like a glass of sparkling wine?  Any Prosecco based cocktail will do me just fine.

Q5: What’s the weirdest/worst job?

A: I’ve never really has a weird job.   Although I did do a face painting job once in the middle of a chicken coop.  That was quite an experience.  My most boring job was working on the changing rooms on a Thursday night at C & A.  Time goes very slowly with no customers.

Q6: Who inspires you?

A: No one famous.  My kids inspire me to do my best, that’s all I ever ask of them, so I live by the same moto.

Q7: Obviously we love purple, what’s your favourite purple thing?

A:  Well I love purple and all things purple.  I have a purple bedroom, so I can actually relax surrounded in purple!  I do love that the multi-coloured giraffe and zebra I painted are now all shades of Purple.  I love them!

Sharon Carlisle | Consultant

Q1: If you could choose a forever age, what age would you choose and why?

A: 50, as my 2 girls have grown into beautiful women, my husband has done well in his career and we are financially secure. Life has been good to me.

Q2: If you were a super hero, what would be your super power and what would be your super hero name?

A:  I would be like to be able to transport myself anywhere in the world without having to drive or fly.

Q3: We like cake at Purple Placements, If you were a type of cake, what cake would you be and why?

A: I love carrot cake but it has be moist not dry.

Q4: What’s your favourite happy hour drink?

A: Gin and Tonic with slimline Fever Tree tonic.

Q5: What’s the weirdest/worst job you’ve ever had?

A: When I graduated I had a 2 day placement in McDonalds for the Management programme . It was horrendous! At the end of the night I had to count all the burgers, buns etc that had been put in the bin. Thank goodness I wasn’t offered the role.

Q6: Who inspires you?

A: My Mum , she is the soul of our family and she is always there for me.

Q7: Obviously, we love purple, what’s your favourite purple thing?

A: The purple sweet out of the Quality Street box!
